My two sons attend Master Park's PK Taekwondo. They love it. Master Park balances discipline and fun to a fine art. Everyone in his class seem to enjoy it whilst also developing their physical and mental endurance. I fully recommend this class to any age group.

Great club with very professional Master instructors, covering self defence, weight loss, strength training, cardio training, with levels from beginners to future Olympic class elite athlete training. Most of all great fun and family friendly.

This traditional Korean Taekwondo from Master Park at PK Taekwondo has been beneficial in providing boundaries and focus for my son who is diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. PK Taekwondo has allowed my son an opportunity to follow instructions, practice social skills and understand physical boundaries with other children.

I would recommend PK Taekwondo for anyone interested in getting fit and healthy and building confidence. Taekwondo is very rewarding both personally and in a club/team environment. Master Park is an excellent instructor. It is challenging but also lots of fun. Come and give it a try!

Not only does Master Park have the skills to really teach and mentor his older students, he also runs a class ideally structured for the attention spans of young kids. He is full of encouragement, patience and support, and my kid is far more focused and persistent since starting classes. This has flowed through to his behaviour at home and at school, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to get him started at PK Taekwondo.

Highly recommend! My son loves being at Taekwondo so much. I see him training himself on poomsae at home, he is much more resilient on tasks. Lots of kids have fun at the centre together regardless the ages.If you have a child who is eager to burn their energy, go and try!!
