Kerrick Industrial Equipment

I feel as though I have a not been looked after properly as I have just spent over $2000 on upgrading my kerrick water blaster machine for a auto/stop system and it is not working correctly. I have asked what are my options, if someone could come take a look at it but the only option is to bring it in which I would lose a day of trade which I can live with but would need my back up machine. It is being serviced and would be 1 - 2 weeks before it is ready and can not be made priority. I am a small business owner and spend the money expecting good quality equipment and customer service and feel as though this is not the case in this instance.
