Coffee Classic

Had originally taken our coffee machine elsewhere to the only repairer listed south of the river on the Breville website, but after over 2 weeks waiting for it to be looked at and a phone/email that didn’t get answered I gave up. After calling around to look for another Breville repairer, so glad I found Coffee Classic instead!! Friendly service, great communication, fast repair and service within 5 days of drop off. And it was $120 less than the quote from the other place! Thanks so much, coffee machine is working perfectly (I’ll try not to break it again) and we will be back for our next service :)

Coffee Classic has done a number of machines over the years and very happy with the service. Best repairer in the business, affordable and on time with repairs and quotes. Literally cannot get a cheaper price anywhere in Perth!

Really thrilled with the service these guys did on our Giotto Rocket. Were able to fix all the issues we were having with the maxhine. Clearly communicated with us what it was going to cost before they went ahead with anything and threw in a bag of beans when it took an extra day or so to be ready.A month or two later we had an unrelated issue with our steam wand and these guys fixed it free of charge.Will be coming back!

Highly recommend Coffee Classic for repairs to your coffee machine.My machine is 10+ years and 10000 cups and thanks to a $200 component repair completed today is still producing like new!What I really like about the business owner are the tips he provides on how to prolong the life of your machine and avoid repairs!!The owner of this business is very helpful if you take the time to listen as he speaks fast and very enthusiastic about repairing your machine and providing advice.A customer since 2017.

I highly recommend these guys. They saved me $550 to the nearest replacement of my beloved espresso machine. But more importantly they repaired the machine I love and inherited from my grandad. All for a very very reasonable price and within a few days. Absolute gold service!

Took my sunbeam cafe series in for warranty repair. The guys showed me where I was going wrong and serviced the machine. Runs like a dream now. Thanks for the tips on using. Even sunbeam themselves didn’t help with that. Will be back for regular servicing.

This is rip-off artist !!I've left him with 2 off my coffee machines - one was dead with all good parts - just required proper service, another just didn't work properly - wasn't get big enough pressure to work properly.Before their inspection" I could run cleaning process on both of them.He give me a quote $286 to fix PCB unit (control power supply) - which was perfectly good !! - if this unit wasn't good - machine wouldn't be making coffee at all !!I told him that is too expensive and I'm not going ahead with this repair.When he found that out that I'm not going to repair those machines - when I pick them up I found out that all good parts have been replaced with faulty ones (it has been confirmed by another repair shop).Don't trust this company - you will be ripped off !!Don't be surprised if any time they quote you repair cost - your machine PCB unit will be faulty - this is the most expensive part of coffee machine !!That how they make a money - dishonest people - don't trust him !!You have been warned!CheersAlan"
