Just visited this store, and a particular staff member, whom as turns out is the team leader, was particularly abrupt and abrasive towards my friend. Totally uncalled for, not impressed.

Will never shop here again, an item I purchased from a repco store had only been used a couple of times, 3 weeks past its warranty it broke. During the call I asked what the warranty was on the product and they stated 2-3 years, as soon as I gave them a receipt number they said 1 year was the warranty and they couldn't help. I rang another agent that sell the product I had the problem with just around the corner and they were happy to replace the whole item right away without a drama.

Staff member was not confident. He did not have enough knowledge about the products. I had to work out myself and he helped me at the end. Need some skilled or trained person.

Went there today on Saturday 27 may to buy a light bulbs and return the wrong one that I bought in the same day.There was a young guy who was very helpful and nice.Good job mate keep it up

We Brought a new battery for the car simply needed to borrow a torch for 5 minutes to do a quick check and the answer was no we don’t have any. Shocked by display of absent customer service. A torch shouldn’t be hard to borrow when just around corner at SuperCheap they assist you no questions asked. Disappointing won’t make the mistake by coming here again
