I had SNS done here, by day two they were all cracked . They are all chipped and gross, bits of clear coat missing with multiple cracks through them. I get SNS regularly at a different salon and have NEVER had this happen before. Also my friend had SNS with acrylic tips on the same day. Day 3 she had taken them all of due to lifting and cracking at the cuticle.

I’m sad to post this review because I have been going here for 9 years to get shellac on my natural nails. I’ve always recommended this salon because they do a good job and my nails last for about 3 weeks which is a lot better than other salons I’ve been to. But today the nail technician was really rude. She didn’t even ask me what shape I wanted my nails shaped in. She didn’t file down the edge of one of my nails properly and when I asked her to do it again she said she would do it once it was painted. Which I hate when they file my nails after it’s painted because it chips the polish. She rushed with my nails and tried to get me to leave when they weren’t even dry yet. I said no, they’re still sticky and need more time under the lamps then refused to go until I was ready. Such a shame this one rude person has let the business down as I will not be returning.

Have never failed me on a quality manicure or pedicure! Take the time to do a good job every time, unlike some salons I have been too previously.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. Worst customer service , staff are very unfriendly and cannot understand simple English.

Been getting my nails done here since I moved over from Sydney about 6 months ago. Their attention to detail and hygiene is excellent. They offer a good loyalty system also. Highly recommend Nail Sensation

I have been to this place once and I was really disappointed with the setvices. Quality of Mani and Pedi was ordinary. Dead skin was not removed properly and it was just about shaping nails and applying nail polish.

Paid $30 for a colour change on my shellac nails, nail tech refused to let each coat cure and the next day, the polish was so soft it didn’t even chip, it just came off in malleable pieces. She also filed them so thin when removing the original polish that two of my nails broke the day after. Over priced and unprofessional. The tech that did my nails became so passive aggressive when I asked if I could leave my nails under the light to cure properly that I almost cried. Would not recommend../
