Terrible haircut by the male. I requested a cut with layers. End result was choppy with uneven layers.The male still had to correct my hair when standing up at reception to pay. Do not recommend.

My partner and I have given Jag a go a few times, and each time have been extremely upset and disappointed with the results. We were both encouraged to get different haircuts than what we requested throughout the entire haircut; the hair was cut very choppy with evident lines in the hair (as opposed to seamless layers); his scissors and razor appears evidently blunt; and both haircuts appeared unfinished or unprofessionally done. My partner got his hair cut for our engagement party and is now so uncomfortable with his hair that he will be wearing a hat. I would honestly expect a hairdresser to understand the importance of having a nice haircut. We're not even able to get a fix up haircut as he took off too much hair.

I have been going here for over 30 years and always walk out feeling fabulous I can always count on getting something different and cannot fault the service and professionalism in both cuts and colour Keep it up do not go anywhere please

Wow what can I say about Jag, a fabulous friendly relaxed salon with great coffee and conversation. Caz's knowledge in hair colour and styles is always up to date with the latest trends. I have been a client of Caz for over seven years and I am never disappointed with the results. I always walk out feeling wonderful - thanks Jag.

Been using this salon for myself and my children since they opened. Have never had a bad colour or style and they have always managed to squeeze my booking in even when they were really busy. Never try to rush me through and always put in the time to make sure I’m happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.

Caz and Greg always do a fabulous job on my hair. The service was impeccable and the cleanliness of the salon was above expectations. I started going to Jag about 8 months ago (after leaving my usual salon where I’d gone for 12 years) and I’m SO glad I did!!! Kaz listens to what you want and that’s what you get..... always friendly, always professional and I always leave happy!My husband also goes to Jag and has the same experience with Greg as his hairdresser.I also feel confident that the salon is clean and doing everything they can in this time of Covid so if you have concerns.... Jag is the place to go.
