* please see business owner response below regarding new team in management since my service so long ago.Reviewing from service received in 2012. Unfortunately there are no makeup’s when service isn’t as hoped. There is only one opportunity to behave with consideration, respect and empathy. Unfortunately the service I received had the upbeat cavalier-ness of a car dealership with regard to demeanour and respect for appointment times, and when some consideration was requested I received a haughty unpleasantness. I wish I could go back and choose a different provider.

My dad and I dealt with Ben at the Windsor office, when my mum passed away and he was fantastic. We have never had to organise a funeral or memorial service and didn't know what to do. From the moment we called to make an appointment, he made the process easy. Ben walked us through the options, made suggestions and talked us through the process. Ben also made calls on our behalf to ensure the day we preferred was available. I highly recommend Ben and Chandler Funerals at Windsor.
