So I've noticed there would be this one particular staff I would say she is maybe in her late 20s to 30s.As soon as I open the door to come in the store. She literally gave me such an UNCOMFORTABLE most UNWELCOMING stare most annoyed look on her face ever as though she doesn't want anyone coming in the store lol. Generally other times there would be really sweet young staffs greeting you by the door asking you for help just that sort of sweet customer service you would expect (love them).Ive been here many times buying korean cosmetic goodies BUT anyway recently I came in with the intention to actually buy skin products , now the lady never bothered to even greet me let alone ask if I needed help she pre much stood at the counter and ignored me the whole time I came in and out the store like I don't exist.Well after being 'unwelcomely' greeted by her.. no thanks forget it didn't feel like spending the money anymore. Honesty it's a great store with great selections of korean quality makeups and skin care to choose from.Don't have anything against the store the store is fantastic I highly recommend! Just that one rude disrespectful staff member...

Good prices on masks, and you get some samples when you go pay. The person working there was really nice.

Nice store. Looks nice inside with heaps of Korean items filling the displays and shelves. K-Pop is always playing on the TV inside as well( if you’re into that. It’s pretty small and you’ll be able to find it opposite Gong Cha and Hot-Star.
