I was looking for a new Kia Sorento but dealers around my area was quoting way above the listed price on the Kia website with bs excuses like car shortage so naturally I looked elsewhere.Bay City Auto Group are 30mins further but the price is much more fair in line with Kia's website. I got nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Kevin was very helpful and I would highly recommend this place if you after value and good customer service

I purchased my beautiful new(ish) Kia Pincanto from Bay City Auto group today! Am so pleased with this car. Dan was very helpful, explained the cars features perfectly. He is friendly , helpful and went out of his way to ensure I was happy.He even recorded a video of the different car controls for me to refer to.Excellent customer service . 5 stars!!

I bought a car from here while being based in Adelaide. It was a really good price, thus worth the effort. I dealt with Rob who was awesome. Very friendly and approachable. I put some pressure on as I'd left things to the last minute and needed the car before June 30, but he was never phased and did everything he could to make the process as easy as possible. Highly recommended.

When buying a car all it matter is smooth and stress free purchase. I have dealt with many dealerships and bought many cars in my life. My experience with Ryan was excellent. All my doubts were cleared and he worked hard to get me a best deal. Car was little dirty on pick up and Ryan was very apologetic and cleaned few dust particles by himself. I was amazed to see the level of care and coustumer service. He also followed up after few days to check how my car is going. Very happy to purchase my syangyong Musso from here and would highly recommend this dealership if you are in hunt of new car.
