Had trail safe problems with caravan, they came to help as RAA call out. James quickly found the fault and not only fixed it but soldered all other dodgy wiring connections. Very quick and competent service. Very happy with customer support and a great job done.5 stars.Chris

They were awesome- I was an out of towner & they provided immediate diagnosis of the issue that disabled my car - what's more it was repaired & roadworthy the very next day - no fuss - it's somewhat rare these days but very refreshing that they provided this kind of help to get me on the road again ..

John is extremely helpful and fair and will go out of his way to assist with emergencies. Last week was no exception - got the problem sorted quickly and as usual I appreciated the care very much. Couldn’t be happier.I had rodents chewing through some wires. Darren attended the callout on a Sunday and was extremely helpful. He explained everything and ordered a tow truck. I thought I might not have my car back for two or three days. To my surprise, when I rang next morning at 9am, the guys were already working on it and everything was fixed by 10:30am. Kylie, the admin, was very friendly . Happy to have my car back in working order so quickly. Thank you guys for your speedy, professional and friendly help.

John and Kylie were extremely helpful and got our F250 back on the road in no time. John offered great advice on the likely issue so we can investigate further once we are home. Just drove the 850km back to Melbourne and it didn't miss a beat.

My new favourite mechanical business, I'd give them 10 stars if I could.So far I've had my Subaru Forester in for a major service, they saved me $hundreds compared to the Subaru dealer. The Tristan Ute's timing belt and service.. great job and price next is the Renault for a service..They'll be sick of me soon lol
