Customer service is good bus very bad communication first day when we select the door design they didn’t tell us about quality and I was not home and they came at my home for measurements and they didn’t took measurement for fix door three side and they didn’t tell us that there is not much space for security doors on rails and when thay came to fix the doors we ask about fix glass security they said they didn’t took the measurements and they ask us for that extra money and they fix their doors within 20 minutes and next day my sone try to open the door and it’s fell down thanks god my sone was ok I call them they blame us and they was saying that time that there is not much space for door outside so they can’t do anything and why they didn’t tell us because about this they sone so many mistakes but now we can’t do anything because we spend so much money for nothing they doors fell down anytime we always keep an eye this is bad experience we have in our life poor service if you need any service from them make sure clear everything first

Great local business, came on time, did the right measurements and prepared me for next steps. The door came in but there was a little issue (not Sascos fault) we discussed the option they told me the time frame, it was only 4 days and came back to install with zero issues and a super clean job. Very happy with Sasco. The team missed 1 fly screen window, had one the wrong size and due to some miscommunication the front door was the wrong colour. These little things were fixed within days. I was very happy with the team, the price and the end product. Highly recommended.

Sam was really helpful showing me the different types of screens to repair our sliding door. The job was turned around quickly, the cost was good & it's now 18 months since it was done & it's totally solid like the day it was done.

Didn't have time for me when I called. Not very friendly at all, poor customer service.They also don't provide pet proof screen. It's pretty basic really, they have it at bunnings...

I had the fly screens done for my house from Sasco Screens and Blinds. Staffs were friendly and responsive to the inquiry. Also, the fly screens got installed on time.The only issue I had was the material of the fly screens didn't get discussed with me. I also should have asked about it but considering the price, I simply assumed it to be a metal one. I became aware of it after few days as I wasn't at home during the installation. After installation, I checked on their website, and it looks like they only do the fibreglass mesh fly screens. I could have gotten the better price elsewhere for that material. In future, please inform the customers about the material type as well. Besides that, everything else was great.
