Can I suggest you appoint someone who has a modicum of customer service understanding to answer your phones?Can’t comment on your actual competence in terms of garage door maintenance, couldn’t get past the argumentative troll on the phone.Got to wonder how much business you’re losing. Atrocious.

Rang and got quotes from a few places in Ballarat to fix our door most places wouldn’t fix it just told us 8 weeks to replace these guys come out on a Friday night and fixed it so it shut super happy and will definitely be telling everyone I know about you guys ! Thank you so much

Excellent and welcoming reception staff, if the phones are busy leave a message and they will get back to you. The Service engineers are the best I have dealt with in Ballarat with a no non-sense getting the job done in a timely manner attitude and friendly at the same time.

Great job all round. Timing was perfect. Boys did a brilliant job with the installation. New door is amazing. Super smooth and quiet. It’s been an absolute pleasure doing business. Highly recommend. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Amazing customer service, installation and quality.Had a issue with the lock several months after installation, and they were quick to fix the problem and very friendly/professional. Couldn't recommend enough for quality, customer service and after care of their products.
