Chamberlain

I bought the the Chamberlain garage door opener model CS105MYQ on 6th April 2023. Its states in their advertisements this can be installed within 2 hours, I’d suggest other than a professional installer it will take much longer than 2 hours. Further the warrant is for 5 years, however if you read the fine print it needs to be serviced within 3 years by a service professional, they can provide a list of service people, for the warranty to be intact. Accordingly, Chamberlain either needs to state the warranty is only 3 years, or, this is NOT a DIY product ( you need a professional to service it). They cannot have both.
