Went there to collect a parcel this morning. The pharmacist and the girls chatted and made me wait, while one then disappeared into a room. Very poor service

Summerlakes pharmacy is a wonderful pharmacy, friendly staff who make the time to get to know their regular clients. Highly professional staff who are very knowledgeable and who are more than happy to share their knowledge. I highly recommend Summerlakes phrarmacy to anyone with a script to fill or who needs over the counter medication.

Poor service. The attendants do not keep their word and keep taking you round in circles. A waste of time and energy going to this pharmacy! Would not reccomend.

I waited there for about 5 minutes before someone would attend to me for the collection of a parcel from eBay (they are one of the collection points). The girls were chatting with customers, showing baby photographs and ignoring me, until another older staff Tracey came over. Then she couldn't find the parcel and I tried to show her my ID twice, and another time, after collecting my parcel. I really hope they would improve their service and concentrate on the job for which they are employed. Steven

I have a terrible experience today with one of the pharmacist. A very rude person i have ever encountered in my life. Having a migraine headache is not very pleasant feeling but i tried to composed my self infront of other people. But today i felt humiliated by this rude pharmacist who seems interrogating me when i asked for medical certificate. I wont waste $35 dollar for nothing and being treated like a criminal. I even explained to her that i wont go to work everytime i have migraine because it difficult to concentrate especially i am working as a carer in a dementia facility. Anyhow, good luck to your job as a professional like you said. But dont forget to have a heart. Before i forgot i will attached my prescription medication and the out of the counter tablet i took this morning for your satisfaction.
