This company needs to provide proper training to their cleaners. The company also needs to ensure cleaners use proper cleaning products such as a steam mop on tiles as it dries quicker and cleans better, a strong suction vacuum and toilet/shower cleaning products that leave the toilet/shower looking clean and smelling fresh.Clearly cleaners don't understand what çleaning" means. My cleaner was a lovely lady but it appears her understanding of cleaning is wiping bench tops and leaving streaks/marks instead of polished finish. Using a dirty looking mop on tiles which takes ages to dry. Refusing to use shower proper cleaning products which takes less time and cleans better. The showers never looked freshly clean

Cleaner changed day without informing Mr. Poor communication on their part. Unhappy with what they achieved in the time given, did not follow my list or do proper spring clean as advertised and when I called the office was made to feel as though it was my fault. Poor customer service. Had a cleaner my entire life and was never made to feel so bad about myself.

Cleaner left home without finishing Job and asked us to pay money without leaving property….. I have tried following up with Absolute Domestic staff, but they listen to me and no reply. Very very disappointed.

I've been using AD for over a year, and it's a real luck of the draw whether you get a good professional cleaner or not. I have had one excellent cleaner, and 2 average cleaners, and plenty who have randomly cancelled.I'm writing this review because my most recent cleaner who was assigned a week ago just randomly cancelled before cleaning my house once which means it'll probably be another fortnight before I am able to get someone. The AD service can be a real headache between reliable cleaners.

I've had 3 cleaners from this company and they have all decided after 1-3 cleans that they no longer have time to fit me in and I get reappointed a new one. I am yet to receive a cleaner of quality, showers still dirty, things that are specifically asked ignored.Don't bother, I've given plenty of chances to this company for mediocre outcomes.EDIT 15/4I have had two cleaners since.1 was an hour late to her first clean and charged me for 4 hours work when only 3hrs was completed. As well as they went on multiple smoke breaks while attending the job.2nd clean was organised for the following fortnight, the cleaner reached out late in the evening to confirm the already agreed time but i was unavailable to contact.The next morning when I awake I call her to say I still want her in, she is no longer available.Please note I have already confirmed a time and date earlier that week.2nd cleaner booked me in for a clean, advised me they would get back to me with a time. They never confirmed a time and on the reserved day said they couldn't make it due to car issues.This company is beyond words. I honestly wish I had never ever used them as the stress and inconvenience I've been put through time and time again is honestly deplorable.If you want an unreliable cleaning company that overcharges and never fails to disappoint, look no further.

Wish I'd read reviews beforehand. Such poor communication and work from Absolute Domestics. Our cleaner was supposed to provide us with an invoice and was supposed to be ABN registered so that we could be reimbursed via NDIS. Neither were done in a timely manner so we were out of pocket for such a long time.We asked AD to stop the cleaner from coming and relinquish services and they said they'd find another cleaner. It's been a fortnight and we have not heard and so now we have to go through the entire process with another provider. What a waste of time.

If it’s possible to make things dirtier after cleaning this company managed to do so. Not only was half the house not cleaned (eg under anything on the kitchen benches - nothing was moved) but my sliding glass doors are now so dirty I have to clean them from scratch as they are almost unable to be seen through. Skirtings, handrails and furniture clearly untouched and covered in dust. And all for the great value of $127. Hopeless. And frustrating - I now have to spend my weekend cleaning

The cleaner did have good communication and she did arrive on time which is why this is not a one star review. Having had other cleaners not even show up on time this was a plus so you can be guaranteed that they'll arrive when they say they will.That's where the good part of the review ends though. I had already been mucked around by another cleaner (not through Absolute Domestics) so I was hoping that this company would be better but when the cleaner arrived she asked if I have a cat, which I do and then she refused to do the clean and said she was allergic but I personally think this was a lie because she seemed fine.I also doubt whether she was prepared for a clean. She did come with a backpack but I don't think she had equipment. She certainly didn't have a vacuum cleaner .She was friendly enough and as I say, she was on time but refusing to do a clean because someone has a cat is ridiculous and very unprofessional.I wouldn't use this company again and I have now had to book a THIRD cleaner through a different company.If cleaners won't do the job they shouldn't be on the agency's books as a cleaner. The customer service staff were fine but there's no point in good customer service if you can't provide the service for which you are hired.

terrible service - the guy who came was really lovely but clearly had zero experience. most surfaces left untouched, the place didn't feel clean at all after 2 hours (a very small 2 bed apartment). didn't do any basic tidy/folding. i honestly don't know what he was doing.
