I had SNS nails done and I love them, I wanted different stickers and colours on both hands and she did a beautiful job and always asked me for if this is how I wanted it, great and friendly customer service. I will come back to get my nails done here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! my friend and i were seated after an hour of waiting, then we had to we another 30 minutes for the employees to start. the paint job is horrible and did not dry due to the layers being put on all at once. do NOT go here, worst nail experience ever.

Most disgraceful customer service, and actual nail service also. Staff were EXTREMELY rude, very rough, and unprofessional. I got a set of SNS nails soaked off and the acetone almost burnt me as it was that hot, then as a new fresh set was reapplied the owner added tips which were crooked of which I politely asked her to re do them and she wasnt impressed, shaking her head and was even more rough after this. She also didnt use the right colour that I had requested and chosen as she was too lazy to pick it off the shelf so she used what was at the station. Not to mention the nails being too thin for the length (as I requested thick layers due to the length of which they denied.Then within 24 hours of having the SNS nails on, 1 nail snapped clean off and the other cracked on the tip, of which I went back the next day and was told they were too busy" to fix it and that it wasn't "their problem" despite the fact I was happy to pay for them to be fixed as time is time and business is business. A very poor experience and I won't ever be returning."

Great service!I had an issue with my nails the day after I got them done, I went back in and they offered to replace them all for free, they were very apologetic. I’m very happy with my nails

The service was really great. All the workers were hard working and really nice. They put in a lot of effort to perfect my nail design :)
