I'm not a easy customer with a very narrow feet ...difficult to fit 'plus' I like a Attractive good fitting shoes , it's lovely to have personalised assistance .Good Quality Shoes with Fantastic Service is hard to find ...Thank You for Your Kindness and Support....Extremely Appreciated

Shout out the the friendly and helpfull staff, Not only did i find a pair of shoes i was really happy with but the staff went above and beyond to assist me with the right fit. With the range of top quality shoes they had in stock i will be back for sure!

After my elderly mum visiting her podrist l took her into Evans Shoes Bendigo this week to be greeted by the friendly staff straight away. Alistair was absolutely fantastic.She needed to be fitted with shoes for her arthritic feet. So very patient and certainly knew his stuff. Nothing was too much for him. She tried on a few different brands and sizes and he helped where he could as mum can’t bend down. A big shout out to Alistair to keep up the great customer service.She ended up purchasing 2 pair of the beautiful Ziera range in the red and black. Thank-you once again Pammy and Margaret Kerr

Looked store up on line and seen they were open 10 to 4:30 today in Bendigo so decided to go into a store front insead of online order. My thinking trying to support store shopping. Was so disappointed not only due to the fact they were closed due to a stock take but , also showed up at the door prepared to spend only to have a sales person walking in say to me, we are not open today . I returned with , that is disappointing as I drove in from an hour away and then she again responded with you will have to come back tomorrow. Not a care of the fact here is a customer wanting to support her store front. What ever happened to a customer is always right and why would you turn people away during these times ?We always did those inventory takes after hours or on weekends not during customer shopping hours. I'm sure I would have not been the only one turned away and the sister store acrossed the street had a temporary closed due to cov19. Makes one think this why people say online shopping here I come.

I’m not sure why there is a bad review here as this location is very new (I think they’ve only been open a month?) but when I was there yesterday they were extremely helpful and guided me to the correct brands to buy for my feet. The ladies were wonderful and I will be going back once sandal season is over.

The best experience shopping at Evans Shoes ever! Kim was professional and super helpful. Both Kim and Allie joined in with a joke and having a bit of fun. Excellent service thanks Ladies!!
