We booked the “Top Shelf Whiskey, Gin & Wine Experience” with Tasmanian Air Tours.It was a birthday surprise.Can’t recommend it highly enough!We aren’t really Whiskey drinkers, but thoroughly enjoyed the experience… and the whiskey!!We’ve already told all of our friends… was such an amazing day, we loved it all!From the first phone call to enquire, to customizing our day with a pickup straight from airport and drop us to our hotel in Hobart at the end of the day, all too easy and accommodating.Seeing Tasmania from Helicopter view was so good!!!Each venue was unique and loved the tours of each.Would do it again in a heartbeat… great pilot, great company, great communication and great ripper and memorable day!!We will be back… with friends!Jas & Nic

We used Tasmanian Air Tours to fly us to a beautiful headland to have our wedding photos taken. Our pilot was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We could not recommend them enough for any tour or special moment!

We were lucky enough to have 2 pilots for the day, John and Ben..they were both excellent and gave great insight to the landscape and scenery. They chose excellent distilleries to stop at and it was a nice relaxing pace for the day. The lunch at Frogmore Creek winery was a great experience. If this is on your bucket list then we highly recommend the splurge.

My Wife surprised me on our honeymoon. What an awesome experience from being picked to dropped off the hospitality was amazing. Lunch at frogmore estate winery was beautiful and the wines were great. Couldn’t recommend this company enough.

The helicopter ride was amazing... We had a great flight over Hobart. Thank you for a fantastic experience and we look forward to doing it again.

Fantastic and professional outfit. Ella was great in getting us prepared for our flight and looking after us throughout the day. David, our pilot, took us for a scenic tour over Hobart providing lots of detail as we cruised over the CBD, Harbour and mountains taking in the amazing scenery. We then headed north landing on the grounds of Frogmore Creek’s Restaurant. No better way to fly, arrive and dine. Recommend!

Cannot recommend this group highly enough. What a brilliant day! Everything about the day was wonderful, stress free and just really enjoyable.A smooth/stress free pick up first thing in the morning set the pace for the day. Our pilot John was so easy going, a great tour operator and smooth pilot. The choice of McHenrys distillery, Frogmore winery and Killara distillery was a great combination. Was interesting but relaxing. The day felt unhurried and well managed. The view of Tasmania from a helicopter is stunning, a must do as a special and memorable treat.

Absolutely brilliant experiences x2 during our Tassie holiday. Friendly and engaging pilots gave insightful tours over the beautiful Tasmanian landscape and delivered us firstly from Freycinet to Maria Island - thanks Ben - and then through the “top shelf” experience from Hobart, where we got a rockstar welcome at Frogmore Creek - thanks pilots John and Greg, and cheers to our fellow travellers who were great company. Highly recommended - we loved every minute.

My mate and I took the whisky tour today. I had very high expectations and the experience exceeded them. Johnny was very professional and punctual to pick us up from the hotel. Our pilot Julian was very experienced and friendly. Paige worked hard behind the scenes to make sure each of our stops went smoothly. The whisky tours were top shelf and the lunch was spot on. Couldn’t have asked for more.
