Excellent. The cushions are not cheap but they are very good value and worth every cent. The consultant (Carolyn) was very helpful and patient. The ordering process was easy. The cushions were delivered earlier than promised, and Cushion Factory provides great visibility about the process and progress of your order. The fabric and construction are perfect. I ordered both cushion covers using the old stuffing and full cushions with new stuffing. The covers are a perfect fit, and the new cushions are far more comfortable than the originals. I would happily use Cushion Factory again.

I highly recommend Cushion Factory, being an online shop I didn't expect the level of service I received. They went above and beyond to ensure I received everything within a timely manner. My cushions arrived exactly as I had hoped. The quality is amazing and I couldn't be happier.

Custom made bench cushions and a few decorative cushions ordered. Bit overwhelming choosing colours as so many different fabrics to choose from! Much easier to go into store to look at fabrics and different foam heights before ordering. Cost is not cheap but fit perfectly for 2.7 x 2.4m bench, size of these cushions are not available in other stores. Did take about a month to receive order due to all orders custom made.Carolyn at the Brisbane store was very helpful with fabric colour selection.

Easy to order custom measurements of cushions on line. Cushions receive made to correct measurements and very professional finish. Had to speak to operator re delivery costs as I live in rural Qld and she was great to deal with and also helped with my questions about the product. Highly recommend

They really took time in store to make the correct measurements, helped me choose fabric and then managed my expectations as to when the covers would arrive (which was earlier than I’d been led to believe) the end result was great quality xx very pleased

The easiest way to replace your old worn cushions! Easy steps guide you through your selections including cushion shape, material and colours. So simple and excellent quality. I'm sure my cushions and covers will last for years and years without replacing. I'm so happy with the quality.

We needed new covers for our outdoor lounge cushions so we went in with one of the old ones as a sample. Carolyn was very helpful with all the info and very knowledgeable about the various fabrics. She measured up the cushion and 6 weeks later the supplied covers fit like a glove.The fabric is beautiful and we are very happy.

What a wonderful experience shopping for replacement cushions for our outdoor setting. Great range of quality fabrics to choose from. The sales lady at Morningside store was very helpful and professional in helping us decide our final product that arrived safely and fits out outdoor setting perfectly. Very happy with final result.
