Riverview Holiday Apartments (Formerly Kalbarri Beach Resort)
The house and rooms were a bit small but okay for 4 people, the beds were okay not very comfortable. Had aircon, tv. Kitchen was alright most things had it. Had towels too. No hair dryer. We had our shampoo, toilet papers, cleaning stuff. Had IGA besides were comvinent and also a Caffe. Near beach too.

A great place to stay with great facilities, close to everything you might want to do. The units provide comfortable beds and couches. The dining chairs could do with being replaced. But the bathroom and kitchen facilities are great.

Rooms we're not cleaned very well. Sticky drink and food over bedside table, filthy sofas, cigarette butt in ashtray on outside table. Advertised as non smoking via Expedia. Could hardly see out of the windows and doors as so dirty. 3 star at best. Restaurants all closed on site. Advertised as restaurants on site. Whole place is tired and run down.

Great place for kids. Our place overlooked the playground which was handy. Kids came & went as they pleased & we were able to see them from the unit. Place was clean & pretty central.

We stayed in #47 and found mold in the shower.A few things that should be considered is install a blind at the kitchen window for the ground floor as people look in.Also the kitchen window was dirty. This needs cleaning.The sliding door curtains are in poor condition.I found the lounge chairs quite uncomfortable.Otherwise the unit was serviceable for our stay.

Room we had hadn't been cleaned very well, dirt and rubbish under sofas, no flyscreen door on the main door entry, cupboard doors missing, no lid on the bin so food or rubbish smelt ,had to empty straight into bin outside . Damp coming through on walls when rained. Fans covered in dust, tv screen dirty, bathroom cupboard smelt of damp. Cobwebs in numerous corners half way up walls and behind curtainsFacilities look good if they were open ,spa closed. Pool good

Riverview Holiday Apartments (Formerly Kalbarri Beach Resort)
Really nice, well priced, remotely managed apartments with a great family atmosphere and walking distance to everything you need. It will be nice to see the games room refurbished, and I hope the on site eateries and bar will once again be back in business. It's a shame those are now closed as they look like they would have been great in their day. Grounds and pool are nice too. We enjoyed our stay.
