Susan was extremely rude to people at an inspection we attended, I had noticed her rushing people, telling people to leave before the inspection was meant to end and speaking to customers in a condescending way. And according to other reviews I am making a fair judgment.As well as this, photos of a different townhouse from the same complex were advertised on websites.

Very experienced team. Changed my investment property to them 3 months ago and immediately noticed the difference. Susan assisted in finding me the best tenant that I have ever had. Would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. Definitely give them a call!

I rented through this real estate. Experience was good until end of rental. They just made up random charges to make us pay as much money as they could. We left 2 weeks prior to end of lease and kept paying rent. They did not do the final inspection until 3 weeks later. Then charged us very large amounts such as $500 for mowing (which was done when we moved out and it regrew in that time). They also let people move into the house before doing the final inspection, then expected us to pay more money for cleaning. They also did 0 repairs to the property in the time we were renting. Back yard was over run by bushes etc when we moved in so we cleared it all ourselves. No thanks or anything. Also the open inspection for our property was badly done. No covid plan. Agent let anyone in, including people with their pets. When trying to dispute these costs, we found out the cleaning and mowing services they use are new businesses (friends of the agents i wonder?) Do yourself favor and avoid avoid avoid
