Very disappointing, from the start. 1st .wrong installation brackets twice,delaying install.2nd, bills are now more expensive since installation.3rd ,ian won't respond to phone calls or messages.4th,it's now been over 1 year of excessive bills and still can't even get him to look into the problem.Very disappointing. Don't believe a word they tell you. $6500 wasted..

UV Power provided excellent service. An initial meeting was had to discuss my needs. Options were placed in front of me to meet my needs. Additional they offered advice on another component to assist with hot water and it has been great. I had never heard of this device before. There was no over selling. The installation went without a hitch and the system has been operating perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

Ian and the team were fantastic to deal with. Ian was knowledgeable, professional and presented a range of options for our solar installation. He was able to explain the positives and negatives of each to allow us to make an informed decision. The installers were also great, and explained the inverter app following installation.

Great job. I was pleased with the installation process from the first time I spoke to Rob until I signed off on the installation with James and Andrew. Super professional, quick and helpful. I have worked in solar so I know a bit about the equipment and the sales tactics. I was amazed that I was able to get such a nice system with no initial outlay and that the team was really only interested providing a system that made sense for our home.

Ian @ UV Power was fantastic to deal with during our search for a solution to reduce grid power consumption at our manufacturing facility.The process was straight forward and Ian sought out answers to things that we had not given thought to. This helped us to make an informed decision that also accommodated for future expansion and any additional power consumption.The installation was prompt and Ian even went as far as scheduling any shutdowns to out of hours so we were not disrupted.We'd have no issue contracting UV Power in the future and would recommend without hesitation.

UV Power installed our solar panels a few years ago and did an excellent job. Recently we electrified the house entirely and Ian was excellent. He generously took the time to talk through what would be best for our home. We're now using much more of our solar power and completely off fossils fuels. Ian genuinely wants to get the best results for his clients not make a quick sale and has great technical knowledge.
