I dont normally leave google reviews however SSM went above and beyond. After taking my car to another mechanic who couldn't find the problem and gave up, it was refreshing to talk to the SSM team. The team quickly found the problem, fixed it and gave an indepth debrief. Plus the team cleaned our car which was a great surprise. Glad i found my go to mechanic.

It was my great fortune that my friend recommended me to SSM. Steve and Russell are amazing and dead honest. Best of the Best! I wish I found them much before ... driving over an hour one way is nothing to the piece of mind I have now enjoying driving my Audi again. Kim is another big strength of them as so responsible and friendly. She is definitely a great asset for them and kept me updated constantly!!!

My Mercedes S350 suffered a front suspension air strut failure while parked at the airport, rendering it undriveable. I arranged for the car to be towed to Southern Sydney Mechanical (Autohaus One) and ended up getting the car there just after 1AM.I returned the following morning and discussed the problem with Russ, and he was able to get the car diagnosed, the part replaced and the car completed by the following afternoon! I can't thank Southern Sydney Mechanical enough for getting me back on the road so quickly, and being able to source parts to repair a relatively obscure car so fast. Every member of the team I interacted with was knowledgeable and caring, and I would happy recommend Southern Sydney Mechanical for any future repair works.

The whole team is so professional and after every service they always vacuum and clean my car which I've never had from any other place. Fantastic customer service - timely appointments available, all staff showed genuine willingness to help, courtesy car readily available and work completed in timely manner and very reasonably priced. This business far outshines the big brand-name garages and is definitely worth making the go-to garage for car maintenance.

Very happy with the brake replacement on my fairly new Porsche - decided to try a new place rather than going to the dealer which is a long drive and more expensive. Have not regretted my decision, even saved me some money by pointing out that the front brakes didn’t quite need replacing yet - will be going back back to SSM in future for sure. Thanks guys.
