DO NOT GO HERE THEY OVERCHARGE AND DAMAGE VEHICLESThis place is a rip off and they do not know what they are doing. Went here to get my car serviced and was told it had some problems that needed fixing so I went back two weeks later, paid $2500 for said issues and my car ended up worse off than it was before I took it in. After coming here I had to put my car in neutral and rev it every time I stopped at the lights or the engine would cut out. Avoid this place at all costs.

I've gone here a few times and the team has always looked after me especially my latest trip. It fills me with so much confidence that I'm in safe hands when I drop my car off to Jaime and his awesome team, he really knows his stuff and he always looks out for me bringing the highest of standards and quality of work to fair and affordable prices. 10/10 quality of work, 10/10 quality of reassurance and 10/10 that I will be back and continue to trust them with my pride and joy of a car

This is the most unprofessional store I have ever visited! My wife was there to change 4 tires. One wheel bolt/ Stud was destroyed by overtide! Then they charged us $95 to repair the damage they caused themselves! Insolence and unprofessional! The facts will go to the lawyer!

Excellent place for car service and repairs. Just had service done on my car and could not be happier. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Previously had repairs done and all good. Had everything explained clearly and would not think of going anywhere else.Bought new tyres 1/7. Usual great service from Mitchell and Jamie.Price was excellent and in and out in 50 minutes. Very happy.

I had my AC checked out. And to check when my last service was done.I had no phone call as I requested to let me know how much & if I required the service.They rang me at half an hour to closing time only to tell me they went ahead & proceeded with all the work.They didn't check the sticker indicating that the car was not long serviced.My wife had over $2000 worth of work done prior to me & now I'm wondering if any or all of the work was needed.

I initially asked to get my rear drivers side inspected as there's a weird grinding noise appearing randomly & sometimes steel on steel noise.I was informed that my front brakes were completely worn & that was the noise I'd been hearing (yeah right) & that I needed to replace my rotor as it will be worn uneven (even though I replaced my front brakes & rotors 2 years back).They were going to do me up a quote for the brakes & rotor, but I can do that myself if that was actually the problem, so I took my car & left.I thought they might of said front by accident so I inspected my brakes front & rear (physically removing them from the caliper) & and both were fine with plenty of meat left on the pads.These guys blatantly lied to me & were also going on about an expensive European rotor, when I know I can buy it from Repco for $65.Also noticed that my rear rotor has cracks (which they never mentioned).I will never go here again & would strongly advise people to stay away!An ex workmate also warned me not to go here from a bad past experience. Seems he was very right in doing so.They deserve 0 stars but unfortunately that isn't an option. Hopefully this saves someone from getting ripped off.Bridgestone initially asked me for a review after visiting & paying them for the labour they did. I wrote this exact story just afterwards in reply & never got a response. I guess they don't really care, don't be fooled by the generic automated response on alot of these reviews.I've also supplied photos of my front & rear brakes. The first photo are my front brakes that were apparently quote on metal". What a joke!"
