I got my ear pierced yesterday at Lovisa, Coomera.Both ladies were wonderful and Alysha explained the procedure thoroughly PLUS after-care too.Very professional, clean, friendly, safe and good vibes.I will definitely be going back for sure.

To the girl who called herself Angel.From one person to another in retail I am highly shocked with your customer service. I left the store today some what shaking and in fact so did another lady after the way you were speaking to me over a simple question of are you charging me $5 for a $3 scanned item - for the 4 for $20.I asked if you were having a bad day, we all do, but then to ask me what my problem is? Further insults came out of your mouth.Not only did you embarrass me infront of other customers but you snapped at me and also with your remark “are you trying to undermine me over a couple of dollars”, then shout across the room as I was leaving.Yes I do work in retail Angel and have never spoken to anyone like that in my years.

Great stuff and if your cold even better because it feels like they have heaters on high throughout the whole year but think its just all the lights but it's very unpleasant I had to do my shop in 4 parts as couldn't cope with the heat and even worse with menopause.

I was refused return of my items(never opened )I don't know whyThey are only focusing of the sell and doesn't care service even quality's very poorShould be more pay attention what have to do handling to customerI realised cheap jewellery shops has no good serviceI never gonna buy all of yoursThank you for giving me trrrible experience!!

Absolutely AMAZING service from Jenny and Bree! They helped me choose and fit my earrings and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. Would 110% recommend going here than anywhere else!

I went here and asked a lady at the counter with pink hair about ear piercings she was erratic in her reply stating that she was too stressed and couldnt handle her day anymore. I only asked her quiet and politely there was no reason for her behaviour to be this way . I was left feeling really uncomfortable, There was also two young girls getting their ears pierced and she was setting a bad example . I will avoid going here again, and dont recommend anyone else shop here.

Staff need training in not only basic customer service but also basic politeness. They were incredibly rude and made the entire experience in the shop unpleasant.
