Rude staff wait times are outrageous OMG and don't ask them to sign a statutory declaration because they won't have time.Really disappointed Phil sold to these people

Usually good service but today I had to sit and wait for more than half an hour for my script to be filled. It got lost in their system.

One word only 'Incompetent'Are they qualified and certified to Australian Pharmacy Guild requirements?I'm uncertain about this.Reading the pharmacy's last few remarks, they are losing a lot of customers. Our entire family and friends are included now in their loss of customers.Poor service. Watching others collect their scripts when I'm still waiting 45mins later, and mine simple script was in before theirs.Lacking general pharmacutical knowledge is a big concern of mine.Don't be fooled; a change of hands doesn't mean things don't change.They have definitely changed for the worst.I've warned you openly via this direct site. I feel this is a huge safety issue, and I am now contacting the Dept of Health.

walked in yesterday, waited 20 minutes for a simple script, then when to pay and the lady at the counter was not very friendly as she was more interested in emptying the bins than doing good customer service. My family used this chemist for more than 20 years, never had any issues, the staff was always ready to help and Phil was the best, really miss you guys.Will give it one more go and if there is no improvement they will lose another family.

This chemist is an absolute joke since it's changed ownership and I will never walk in there again after years of going there put my scripts in and to be picked up the next day go back the next day and they weren't even done so I had to wait over 30 mins for them to get their act together and its not the first time this has happened now I will try and find a chemist who at least know what they are doing

Change of ownership has been their undoing. Male pharmacist that replaced Phil is not user friendly. Lorretta, the elderly grey haired pharmacist is on some sort of power trip and needs a good lesson in customer service and friendliness. Going to Priceline down the road now.

Waited for a common script for over 25 minutes to be told that they will have to order it in. Only 3 others in the store at the time. Observed a number of other people having issues with scripts and home deliveries too. Never had an issue with the past owners of the pharmacy always prompt always had adequate staff and stock. Now they are under staffed and don't seem to have any urgency or stock in store. This is not a once off incident I've had delays from previous visits and service declining to the worst I've seen since handover. I cannot see it lasting unfortunately.Avoid using at all costs unless something miraculous happens and they pick up their act.

Rude and lack knowledge or advice. They refuse to provide anything over the counter and ask 55 questions just to say no. They point of it being over the counter is to avoid clogging up GPs. Very dissatisfied.

My family have been using this Chemist for 25 years or longer, Phil & his staff were excellent, however since they have changed management it is an absolute disgrace, where are all your staff, the wonderful girls that worked there forever? The guy that was working in the dispensary looked at me like was a leper when I asked for cough medicine from behind the counter. I miss you Phil & your wonderful staff.
