Jade has honestly been an incredible help and support in my life!I came to her during the covid lockdowns (through zoom haha) in a very depleted and vulnerable way and instantly felt validated and understood.She has offered many valuable tools over the years and mostly helps you feel less alone in your experience.I would highly recommend Jade!

Highly unprofessional.. oversteps personal boundaries, involvement in client personal relationships outside of professional setting is quite inappropriate. If you seek sincere professional counselling please see a proper psychologist.

I’ve been dealing with some big emotions that have arisen since my yoga teacher training and Jade has been instrumental in helping me to connect my thoughts and feelings to my body and showing me how to be guided by my body and setting up some clear boundaries in my life.
