Great communication, very good facilities and a tasty and nutritious menu. My baby boy settled in extremely well and is coming home happy, safe, clean and satisfied.

I've known the company since 2018 when my nephew started attending. He always loved the environment and educators. After a year, in 2019 I had the opportunity to start working at the company and so I have the perspective as a family and employee and I can say that the Pelican Waters team is sensational.

Amazing childcare. My children both attend the centre and my daughter has attended since the centre opened.The facilities and food are excellent but what has blown me away is the staff. They are kind, caring and really pay attention to each child's individual needs.

Absolutely amazing centre! Delicious chef cooked meals and so many activities for the children to do. The children love their teachers and are always doing fun things. Excursions, music lessons, yoga lessons and other exciting incursions are always happening! 10/10 would recommend.

Pelican Waters is such a beautiful home away from home centre where all the staff are super friendly and helpful. My daughter loves her teachers and feels very comfortable going in each day.I would highly recommend this centre to everyone.

Hi pelican water team,Green leaves pelican water has been such a wonderful, positive place for my daughters The staff always have a smile on their face and are so welcoming and the rooms and grounds are so clean. The educators are fabulous and are always trying to find new ways to educate and keep the kids engaged and learning. I highly recommend. I’m also a staff member at the centre and always felt welcomed by educators and management team :)

Beautiful childcare centre. Sadly we have just had to remove our son from their care. Unfortunately the manager is very I un-empathetic when communicating about my sons fussy eating, despite there website saying they cater to the fussiest of eaters. Several times I requested they give him a sandwich if he rejects the food on offer. Instead of listening they left my child hungry, with him only eating a banana in a full day at childcare. This happened 4 days over. I suggested that I pack him a lunch, they informed me this is too much paperwork. He was also coming home close to dehydrated with dark yellow urine, so clearly not being encouraged to drink water throughout the day. He was also not being assisted with going to the toilet. He is very shy and needs a reminder to do so. He was leaving lethargic, and upset. So heartbreaking to see the basic needs of my child where not being met, while I trusted them with his care. This institution seems to want to get away with doing as little as possible for the children. Telling me that they don’t assist the children in the toilets for the sake of their privacy. This isn’t suited to my son as he is new to toilet training and needs assistance. Despite communication back and forth they couldn’t seem to grasp the importance of ensuring my child eats. Honestly appalled and shocked by this service. If you have a fussy eater, I would avoid this childcare at all costs.In response to the comment bellow. I would like to highlight that Kylie has unfortunately made no attempt to contact me. Very worrying that an institution like itself is using lies in this situation.
