Had a appointment to buy a specific car came money in hand on the day of the appointment just to be told sorry just sold it... what's the purpose of organising a appointment and payment if they aren't going to honor their own agreement. A phone call would have been nice too to atleast tell me before I drove there. The car salesmen then acted like I should have known that they don't hold cars even though i was told its fine they will hold it. Would not recommend this dealer I'd rather drive to Melbourne or even further

The Carl & Charlotte from the Ballarat team, went above and beyond to facilitate the purchase of my new Renult trafic van. They had the van I needed on order, from start to finish I had my van within a month which in this current situation is unheard off. I traveled down from Sydney and drove the van back without any issues. Thanks Carl and Charlotte for doing such and great job in making this happen. Would highly recommend this team of professionals.

Have just taken delivery of a new Renault Megane from Renault Ballarat. Cannot speak too highly of the service that we received.
