Qscan Radiology Clinics Gungahlin

My elderly parents who aren't able to book online have to drive over to make an appointment as they can never get through on the phone. I thought they were joking so I tried yesterday and was on hold for over 40 minutes before giving up. I went to book on line but I don't know what service to book in under as it does not state what I am requiring. I emailed asking what to book under and you guessed it - no response!! I guess I will be driving over today to make an appointment. Utterly ridiculous!! I hope the service is better once I actually get an appointment for my father.

Very bad customer service. I needed x ray for my wife. My dentist do not except fax so I asked them to give x ray to my dentist email. The person said they can not send email your wife need to come in person to take it. I called again and another person picked up and agreed to send x ray snd report but sent only report. So I physically went to take the xray. The custermer service lady may be do not her job asking me irrelivant questions. After taking my wife concent told me they can not give film but can give dvd. I said ok fine and asked me to wait for 15mins. After 15 to 20mins I was looking for that lady then another old lady ask me what you want. She watched my report and told that is film not dvd and no dvd is created and initiated. She just left me waiting doing nothing. I will never go to Qscan gunghalin again. I wasted my time calling them and waited 20mins for their fun.

Pathetic service, lacked any sort of care or compassion. We were so excited about our 12 week sonography scan and the tech was quite frankly rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone after this treatment and would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely shocking!

This rating is only for the booking system. Why is it so difficult to make an appointment? If you cannot recruit more people then please have a working online booking system. I have tried to make appointments without success on 5 different days, each time at least 40 minutes-hold. This is worse than trying to speak to someone at Centrelink. Then I left my details on the website hoping for a call back, but no response there either. So when it got to a desperate situation I stayed on hold for almost 2HOURS to make an appointment. Its 2022, should not be this hard just make an appointment!!! Stop harassing your employees by overworking them and your customers by making things so difficult for them!!

Understaff and take too much booking. They need to fix their scheduling. Expect to wait 1 hour. Maybe they need a good booking system which will consider timing so they do not waste your time.

I had two ultrasounds on 18 May by one of your male sonographers. He was thorough and considerate and he took his time to explain things to me and didn’t rush me. None of this was lost on me, especially since I’ve had other ultrasounds before and haven’t ever been treated this well. I was well taken care of and didn’t expect to have that experience.
