Disgraceful service by reception. Rang within working hours as per recorded message.Left a message to make an appointment ( as a returning client) two days ago. No one has bothered to call back.

Admin are terrible. Paid via eftpos but never got a receipt for Medicare. Contacted them numerous times and they never answer the phone or respond to emails. First appointment was double booked by them and we had to rearrange. Very poor service.

I was originally referred to Michelle, although she was booked out for ages, and I didn't want to wait, so I was booked in with Ruth. I have seen her regularly for over a year and she is fantastic. Very down to earth, empathetic and knowledgeable. I am very impressed considering she wasn't the person I was initially recommended! The receptionist there, (currently) Wendy is lovely as well, and they know how to make you feel comfortable. The clinic is very clean and homely. It doesn't make you feel like a crazy person!!Great in all areas.(this review was written by Jordan, I am just writing from my bfs computer haha)

The psychologists are brilliant. Couldn't fault them. They use a range of different approaches, and make sure it works for you.I will concede I had a tough time with the admin staff, but I think there might have been a change? I've called them a few times in the last week and each time picked up straight away.

Psychologist himself is fine but absolutely horrible admin. No one answers the phone anytime of the day. No messages are returned. 3 days straight I encountered this plus 2 from my health fund. They need to get hold of them in order to pay a benefit to me but as they won't answer the phone I don't get paid. By far the worst admin in a health practice I have ever experienced. Good luck trying to ring to book an appt.

MY GP refered me to corina chambers psychologists. So i called them the day of my referral 13th feb twice both times i got thier message bank, i left 1 message. No reponse I called again on the 19th of feb and sent a text to the number on thier voicemail no response.on the 26th of Feb another cAll no.answer another text no response so desprete to get on top of this i called the mob twice Nd finally a few mins later they called back and accused me of calling the wrong number i explained that i has called serveal times and that is shouldnt be this hard i was dismissed with a curt well you have me now. I was told should one or thier drs wish to take me on as a client i would here back- i have had no response. There is no good in asking people who are struggling to reach out if when the do we dont help them. ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTED

I have been seeing Tanya for over 2 years now and could not recommend her services enough. When there have been difficulties with phone line I have been able to contact reception via email or contacted Tanya to let her know there are issues and gotten through to someone in a reasonable amount of time. During peak COVID-19 times there was an avenue to still have sessions via Zoom, which was responsible and safe. I like that there is now an option to do that even now that we can have sessions in office.The amount of growth I've been able to achieve from working with Tanya is incredible - I've been able to take my life back into my own hands and feel in control and accountable for my own life.

I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. I do not have much interaction with reception but they are always friendly whenever I do.Kate is amazing, I have seen her for 3 years now. She is calm, patient and very down to earth. Highly recommend. :)

The service is the pits. Rang at various times during day, but nobody answers the phone - ever. Walked in to make appt. Told they would get back to me by next morning at the latest. Over a week and not heard a word. These ppl are great at making clients feel like garbage.

Who knows whether they psychologists are good because despite trying to make an appointment three months ago i still haven't got in to see anyone thanks to incompetence of whomever is running this business. So first appointment with Tanya after waiting for six weeks they text me two days before to tell me its zoom session. No i don't' want a zoom session that's half the reason i need to have a counselling session. Then for second session i am not sent any details about what to do upon arrival etc so i get to Corinna chambers no-one is at reception. There are no social distancing spots on chairs, someone sits next to me so i go outside. no sign at reception of course as that would be helpful. so i call - answering machine - as usual. Text twice. ten minutes after my session due to begin, I got there ten minutes early, someone calls oh Kate is in a different office. When i questioned why no-opne bothered to send me that information - oh sorry our email system hasn't been working well. I will go elsewhere. What an absolute masterclass in incompetence at every level.
