Sittano's Penrith
Noisy and crowded, teenage waiters (looked under 18 but were serving drinks) were all too eager to take our food order so stood over us then asked if we wanted desserts and coffee but handed the bill instead of waiting to take our order.. I ordered a tomato Napoletana based pasta and the dish that was handed was creamy and very spicy. There are too many items on the menu, seems like the chef gets confused and hands out whatever.

Being a little spoiled for choice with the menu made the decision that much harder! I had the ravioli pesto, which was absolutely beautiful. You could tell the reason it was so busy was because of the excellent service, and fast delivery of meals. Can recommend.

Went here for lunch and I can honestly say was a little underwhelmed by the quality of the food compared to the price. The location and atmosphere is really nice so on arrival we were expecting it to be high quality food. We were surprised when our food arrived. We started with some garlic bread which was burnt.The kids ordered nuggets and chips but even the quality of them was below average, you'd be better off making some at home in an air fryer. The chips had no seasoning and the nuggets were hard and dry.My other son ordered the burger which was also average. I ordered the pasta bascaiola with a Caesar salad, the sauce was too cheesy and pasta not cooked enough, while the salad was good. My partner ordered the chicken schnitzel with chips and salad and he gave it a 5/10.Word of advice, this place looks fancy, prices are fancy, but food is anything but. I would give a higher score if the entree wasn't bad. Not a good way to start off a meal. I would've complained to staff but what's the point if you're serving food of that quality and see nothing wrong taking it out. So I'll leave this review instead, for any future customers thinking of dining here.

I drive 45 minutes to come to Sittano's. the food is unbelievably nice the texture/taste is great I recommend it.

Had a team dinner and popped by Sittano's. The service was great and the servers were attentive & friendly. We went in a large group with no reservations and they took no time to put a table together for us - props to the service crew!The outdoor sitting was also spacious and comfortable.But, a few of us ordered steaks, medium rare and medium well. The medium rare steak was cooked right but was quite dry. The medium well steaks came well done and they were so dry it really took me by surprise (and i am someone who doesn't mind a well done steak). The mashed potato was dry too. The rest of the dishes were alright, if not slightly underwhelming. Although i must say the gnocchi looked really yummy and is a very sizable portion.The quality of food unfortunately wasn't worth the amount we paid for the dinner (maybe we just didnt order the right dishes) but the steak was genuinely very disappointing.

We have had meals here before. Today we chose different meals. Hubby had steak with santini sauce and prawns. With salad vegetables. I had chicken and mushrooms with masala sauce snow peas and mushrooms with mash and seasonal vegetables. $32 for my dish Eye fillet $ 45 for hubbies. He said his rib eye was the best he has had in a ling time. Myself it was about a 7 out of ten. Service was great. Staff were all over servicing people quickly. It was medium busy for new years eve. I will come back again. Thank you to the staff. For 2022.

Sittano's Penrith accommodated our large group dinner. We were seated outdoors when it was about 26 degrees. However, with their large outdoor fans we weren't uncomfortable at all. The service was great. We had a picky eater at our table but the friendly staff went out of their way to make sure everything was catered to. The food was pretty decent we had the Lazio and LeCarne pizzas, steaks, burgers, and lamb.

Went to Sittano's for Sunday lunch. Various options for lunch, going for $21 per dish.Great serving size, chips were golden crispy, salad was fresh and the crepe was filling.Chicken Parm was tender and flavourful, so was the lamb crepe. Indoor and outdoor seating - spacious.

Been here many times and always great food, service and atmosphere.It's literally across the road from Westfields Penrith and a two minute walk from the train station.If you're looking to treat yourself, or impress that special person, give this place a try. You'll thank me later.
