Cooma Crash Repairs

Stopped in just to ask for an opinion about a problem with my vehicle. The ladies in the office were very welcoming and outgoing. Nick who looked at the car was very accomodating, providing an informal assessment and what I considered to be an honest answer. I may end up having to go back at some point at which time I can provide a comment on their workmanship, but on face value they were very helpful and honest.

I had the broken Front Windscreens in both my Land Rover Discovery 4 & my Wifes Kia Sportage at Cooma Smash Repairs last week. From the time of our first contact via a phone call to discuss some technical questions & arrange a booking, we were treated with Courtesy & Professionalism, instilling a sense of confidence.Due to distance & convenience, we were able to book the Vehicles in on consecutive days & picking each up the following day of repair. On each personal contact in dropping off or picking up the cars, we were always treated very well & the Vehicles were both repaired & presented meticulously.At this stage, we would definitely consider returning for any future repairs if required.

Can not recommend Cooma crash highly enough. From the very first contact right through until I picked up my car, the team at Cooma crash were friendly, professional and made the process very easy. My car hasn't looked this good in a while! They absolutely went above and beyond.

Needed a small windscreen crack fixed before it turned into something much bigger. The team at Cooma Crash Repairs were some of the nicest people you could hope to meet and were able to repair my windscreen right away. Very happy with the job and a huge thank you to Tommy and Penny for looking after me. Highly recommend this repairer.

Penny and team went out of their way to help keep us on the road on our 12 week bush camping trip after we had a prang! They organised Nissan parts and sorted out our 4x4 so we didn’t have to delay the start of our trip, and helped us with some cranky locks that had seized up with dust.

must say one of the worst experiences I have experienced when taking a car for repairs. car came back with parts not fitted properly, you could tell where the bog was because the repairs were so bad. Bolts were loose, clips were missing and some parts that said we're being replaced actually weren't and they fitted old damaged parts because they couldn't be seen. I ended up taking it to another shop to repair and honestly the list goes on of what they did wrong. I highly recommend to never use this shop

I have to book in a time for quotation but I need to return the hire car in 2 days time luckily I found John in Canberra with is willing to repair my bumper the next day. Saved my 2k insurance excess. Nothing wrong with Cooma Crash repair.

Couldn’t recommend Cooma Crash Repairs enough! Margie was so lovely and made the whole experience run so smoothly. The guys ordered the glass in, booked me in and had it all sorted within a week. Very reasonably priced and overall I’m very pleased!

Staff here were super helpful and friendly. Penny was amazing and incredibly accomodating. Had a chip in my windscreen and was upfront and honest about repair options and everything. Managed to fit me in for a resin repair of the chip same day it happened. From calling in the morning to getting it repaired in the afternoon, I was impressed, especially knowing how busy everyone is around town! Thank you.
