Went to get a tap seal and was talked into buying a whole tap set for $56. The tap set was not what I needed so I brought it back to get a refund. Even though I was given advice to buy the tap set to fix the problem they charged me a 15% re-shelving fee??. I spoke to other Tradelink workers on the sunshine coast and they said that they wouldn't do anything like that. It seems like that are just a bunch of wanna-be plumbers who don't know what they are talking about then charge you when they mess up.

As a plumber you expect service. 5/5 times now I’ve come into store after calling the order in for pick up and it’s either not ready or the gear they said they had isn’t in stock even after calling to make sure. Needs serious improvement and stock take improvements.

If I could give this store a 0 of 5, I would. I’ve experience the most appalling customer service. Issues - delivery, wrong colour items, wrong sized items and refunds. I queried a refund as I believed it hadn’t been processed to get this rude and dismissive email from the store manager stating it was refunded on eftpos. Turns out it was never processed through an eftpos machine as she told me over and over again. Honestly the audacity. DISGUSTING.Do not shop here. I spent close to 6k here and I regret not taking my business elsewhere.
