Auto Masters Albany

I USED to use AM in Perth but we wanted an oil change, nothing else, she even supplied the oil and filter, the cost 255 dollars true to God that was the quote, thank God I asked before they robbed us blind, it was for a lass with MS who isn't made of gold, did the change for her in the driveway for zero bucks and no AM will never be seen again

Very helpful and don't mess you round. I enjoy the honesty and I never feel stupid about having no clue with cars...

Quoted $780, charged $1072. Invoice not itemised, has “$0” next to each item. When phoned Jared he stated that they ran out of time to do up the invoice and could not explain what the additional expenses were. He quoted a couple of things which were in the service book as part of the service so should have been accounted for in the $780 quote.1 week later, car won’t start and had to call RAC out who said the battery is dead. Battery load test was done as part of service and “ok” ticked. Load test was obviously not done by Auto Masters, as battery is stuffed 1 week after service.Will not be going back or recommending to anyone, shocking

Picked up my car after it was fixed and unfortunately I did not realize that I could not use after pay after me asking the guy at the front if it was available who said YES before I drop it off so I presumed that I could cover the cost. Could not get my car in till next day. Now that's fine but Its the fact that the guy at the front counter told me that I could use after pay and when I could not cover the cost he was non sympathetic and did not care at all just rude. I have had all the work done on my car at Auto masters and have spent a lot of money there and have pad all the cost every time. Will be taking my business elsewhere next time. Went in first thing next morning at pad for the work done ???

We heard some car noise, but it stopped when we got to the workshop. The boss and mechanic spent quite some time listening to our description and examined the cat carefully. They reassured us that we can bring it back anytime, all for goodwill. No charge.We hope more businesses treat customers with the level of diligence and dedication.We recommend the customer service of Dylan the mechanics, and the workshop.

Great service! Broke down In town with deadlines to get to the east coast. Only mechanic who showed true compassion and fit us in on the same day. Really thankful

First class customer service. Car was playing up after a roadtrip and the team didn’t hesitate to get the car in the next day and look at it. Took me on a drive to see what was going on and didn’t judge my driving (lol). Thanks Jarrod and the team! Would recommend

Would 100% recommend, honest and friendly service. They didn’t do any work without first consulting me and squeezed me in when they were super busy! Would definitely take my car here in future

Great service by Jarrod and his staff. I had an urgent cooler leak issue needing the cause to be identified, Jarrod booked me in for the next business day, they assessed and rectified the fault.While I was waiting for the fault to be investigated, a customer came in asking to put on a cancellation waiting list as his appointment was a few weeks off and he wanted his repair to occur asap. Jarrod put the client on the cancellation list and the client left.I don't know Jarrod nor any of the staff at Auto Masters Albany, but they repaired my critical fault (which sure, was just a loose hose, but they did it with no pocket pinching charge). That loose hose could have cost me my engine. I have now booked a full service and am very grateful to these people and to Auto Masters Albany. Thank you. Well above my expectations of a vehicle repair shop. Great job.

Can't thank Dylan enough for his prompt service and understanding of our circumstances. as we were leaving Albany our engine light came on (reoccurring issue) we just need the computer plugged in to run a quick diagnostic to see if it would be safe to drive long distance until we get home to our mechanic, we rang around and were told by everyone we are too busy you'll have to book in for a weeks time.." when we called Auto Masters Dylan said feel free to pop in when ever you like
