I have been going to Dr Adrian Serafini every 6 months for the past 11 years at least.Great professional dentist. I have never had any post dental problems. They are a 'no gap' dentist. So you never have to pay for going to them when your private health hits its limit.

Dr Linda Tseng always makes me feel so welcome and I love the way she so clearly explains everything before she does anything. She is a really great dentist. I feel relaxed and calm during my dental appointments with her. Highly recommended!

I recently had a great experience at Totally Smiles. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and friendly faces. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made me feel at ease throughout my entire visit. Dr. Apoorve is a skilled and knowledgeable dentist who takes the time to explain each step of the process and answer any questions you may have. Dr. Apoorve provided friendly and professional care. During my appointment he made sure that information about tests, procedures and follow up advice was easy to understand and use. Dentist is very friendly, informative and helpful. He is also very charming and speaks German and is a no-nonsense guy. Not much waiting time and the service is excellent. What needs doing gets done, but what does not need doing is explained and very important. Been going there for years with confidence and have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My dentist, Dr Lisa Chen, is friendly, thorough and professional. The receptionist (Reena?) was also friendly, as well as efficient and helpful. My appointment was on time, and there was plenty of parking available in the basement. There was no gap for me to pay, given my health fund.*****Another visit, and the same great service.

Really friendly staff; compassionate and caring dentists; clean, spacious, modern waiting area and rooms. I really felt heard, and like my experience and comfort were valued just as much as the quality of my care. As someone usually very nervous to visit a dentist, this place and its staff are great!

Dr Lisa Chen is an amazing dentist, explains the dental work in detail and takes care with her patients. I don't normally enjoy going to a dentist - not many people do - however I have to say I am so pleased Lisa is my dentist and recommend everyone to go to her if you want a professional, pain free visit!
