Charm Nails and Spa

I had a pedi and refill here today. A very positive experience. Wonderful atmosphere, everyone was chatting and having a laugh. I arrived during a busy period and there were a few regulars it seems, which is a good sign. The ladies seem efficient and friendly. I witnessed one of the ladies help a lady across to her hair appointment. Such a nice thing to do. I'm happy with my pedi and refill. I'll definitely be back.

Friendly and personalised. They made sure I was happy with what was happening every step of my nails. I adore these ladies, excellent efficient service.

Normally I get a pedicure with shellac on & off every 3 weeks.I asked for my heels to be done with the ‘scraper’ instead of just the stone (as this is normally part of it EVERYWHERE ELSE) she said it’s $5 extra. I said iv never been charged extra then to look at my bank statements to see that infact I have been getting charged $55 instead of $50.I don’t appreciate not being told i’m going to be charged an extra $5. That’s sneaky & untrustworthy behaviour from a buisness.Also hot or atleast warm water is ideal not cold, it’s very unpleasant & When customers come in atleast have the respect to look at them in there face & sound welcoming when telling then what chair to sit in.You've lost my buisness & to everyone else please make sure you check before continually paying.

Asked for the exact same nails as my friend very simple colour and short and the price she gave me was $20 extra, honestly don’t trust this place :/ if I must mention we asked the same lady and it’s ridiculous!

The lady that did my nails was super lovely but I’m not sure if she knew what she was doing. The nails came out awful and not at all what I asked for. She spoke with the main lady that must own the place in another language clearly talking about what she had done wrong. They ended up chunky and wonky. I asked for gold and they did a weird greeny tinted gold. Kind of disapointed they believed they had done a good job as it made me too scared to say anything bad

The old lady was upset because I asked for just shape and normal colour. After setting down, the younger staff started to cut my nails and I asked her how much this would cost, She replied with very unclear language and then spoke to the older lady then the older lady told me that i need to pay cash. I told her I do not have cash on me and I prefer to pay by card. Then they started to chat with their language and I believe they were mocking me, all the customers were looking at me. I felt really bad and humiliated. Nail spa should be relaxing and joyful experience not stressful. They were awful and mannerless. If I can give zero rating I would.

Very good service. Reasonable price. Every staff member is so welcoming and they give me the exact nails I want.
