We got my daughter's screen replaced and an indestructible" screen protector added. This cost $160. Three days later

Bad customer service. Got my phone fixed here, 2 weeks later the whole screen fell off! Took it back to ask if they could fix it and the male staff member said he couldn’t do anything even tho I had proof I got it fixed there. Told me I needed proof I got it done there, gave him my number that I had left with them and my name, and even showed the Afterpay receipt and a he still told me he couldn’t “verify” that I got it fixed there. Overall he was very rude about it.

Do NOT let this store touch your phone under any circumstances. They will do a shoddy job and ruin your expensive technology. I dropped in to get a new screen protector and staff convinced me to also have the cracked back of my iPhone 13 replaced by them. After quizzing them on the laser machine they use, I agreed. It all went downhill from there.After the repair" I noticed my prior perfectly functioning flash wasn't working and the phone would get very hot so I took it back. Firstly the lady tried to deny that it could be caused by them and that perhaps the flash wasn't working beforehand (?!). She then arranged for the head office to fix the flash issue. Since I was back in Sydney the next day I drove there. The staff replaced the flash but my phone has since been rendered nearly completely unusable. It's laggy

Pathetic experience. Had my iPhone 11 Pro camera lens repaired with this company, which had developed a crack due to accidental damage. Damage from dropping the device, which is 100% my fault and I accept that. The replacement lens the company used developed a crack within a week of repair. With normal use. No drops, bumps, scrapes or otherwise. The lady who spoke to me about the repair told me they only use authentic glass to make the repairs, which would contain the same sapphire compound Apple uses in all their lens'. Upon inspection it is apparent the company used inferior glass to make the repair, you can see the glass is different to the glass on the other existing lens'. You can see, the other lens' do not have any damages at all, however the replacement lens has multiple chips in the edges, and a large crack down the middle. Pathetic durability. The lens isn't even the same colour, making the back of my phone look like its been obviously repaired. It is my belief and the LAW that consumer right states that all products must be fit for purpose, and provide reasonable durability. I simply requested that my device was repaired, as the replacement glass did not provide reasonable durability. It was then that I was met with an unreasonable, impolite, and completely rude attitude by the female staff member at the kiosk. I was told that it was absolutely my fault that the glass was damaged, and that it had to be from damage which was not covered by warranty. Insane, considering that a replacement glass for this device can be had for as little as a couple of cents online, and a DIY repair would've given me better results. I paid $100 for this garbage. Complete rip off attitude. Wish you the worst.

Both my husband and myself alway get our screens repaired here. Wonderful service from John, always our first choice.

Couldn't even turn up for appointment. Tried to call before, terrible follow-up. All in all a total debac. Not worth your time.

Had a screen replaced. It was a rubbish job and i had to go back to have the back glued on properly. A week later the screen stopped working. Staff at store said there was a crack in the LCD before they even looked at it properly. No one else I have show can see this non existent crack. The staff here are incompetent liars.EDIT: I pulled phone apart to find that the screws in the screen connector cover were all loose with one screw missing. the screen connector cable was crushed as it was not reconnected correctly either. There was also big globs of adhesive covering the board. DO NOT HAVE YOUR DEVICE REPAIRED AT THIS STORE!EDIT 2: I have repaired the terrible work myself now. There is not a crack on the screen. The staff at this establishment shoikdnbe fired immediately, lying, not performing job correctly etc. This will.be going to consumer affairs.
