This is a marvellous collection from antiquity right here on the bottom end of Sunshine CoastSo about one hour s drive from Brisbane or lessYou will see treasure for past civilisations including Celt Egypt China Mesopotamia etcIt’s all genuine! The collection itself has an interesting History being evacuated from war torn England then being held in Cypres then the Blue mountains before being established on a great property between Caboolture and Bribie island

A wonderful place to visit. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The museum is well set up,and very well maintained, including the church,which has a interesting history all of its own, with several stained glass windows that are one of kind. Simply a must for any history buffs. With future displays on the cards, I'm sure to return in the the near future. Thankyou to all of the staff that really made a good day, great. Highly, highly recommend for all to visit ☺️

Wonderful day at their Picnic at Pemberley event , great food and entertainment, lovely to see all the regency period costumes. Thoroughly enjoyable and great value

Volunteers are friendly, interesting artefacts and displays. We did the kids dig it, out of all the activities we enjoyed the knights training the best, really well run, fun and engaging. The overview of the medieval armour and knights weapons was interesting and very informative.

Quaint museum with some very interesting pieces of history.Unfortunately had a large school group when we visited.l, all well behaved but makes the small museum a little noisy and crowded. I had my grandchildren and although it took their interest for a while I did expect maybe some interactive activities for the younger children.Personally thought a little pricey for the experience. Actual Abbey is only open certain days but did sneak a pic through the window. They have a mediaeval festival in July, that looks fab.

My family and I did the mediaeval family fun day.you can do archery, an archaeological dig, paint a shield, Is colouring and dress up, and train to be a knight.Very well priced lots of fun activities for the kids to do,And the museum is quite fun there's a scavenger hunt in there as well,The only downside is there is very few Picnic locations and a lot of people sit of people sit among all the people doing the activities eating Their lunch that's a little bit annoying There's not enough bins around and fingers crossed the coffee shop open soon for much need cold drinks and snacks and lunch items.

Enjoyed my visit to the museum. I found the exhibits to be very informative. I did feel that the entry fee was a little high.

Good parking, good signage to know where things are, nice friendly staff and the little church is beautiful. The kids events were fun. They really need the cafe or something to do/ drink wish we had of realised a picnic was an option as there are a few nice spots to sit and eat.
