National Storage Aspley, Brisbane

So I have only been renting with national storage for 3 months and now have received notice that my rent is going up $10 a month. There is a clause in the contract that they can put your rent up at any time. One lady on the desk is lovely the other needs to learn about customer service. I will be getting my belongings out as soon as possible & will not be back. Do yourself a favour and use someone else to store your belongings.

I rented two storage spaces from National Storage [Aspley] for four years as I transitioned from Brisbane to Sydney. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude towards Nick and Andrew, both are consummate professionals. Nick and Andrew are warm and have friendly personalities/disposition, serving with the highest integrity, patience and showed a genuine willingness to assist me at all times. Nick’s level of communication was impeccable, he would promptly return emails, answer questions and kept me updated when my goods were being moved. I was always impressed with the cleanness of the facility. I want to send my most gratuitous thanks and appreciation. I would highly recommend this facility due to the outstanding service from Nick and Andrew, both are truly an asset to this company.

Liam is amazing!!! We came very late and still accepted us and let us in! Amazing service and save me alot of hassle! Please extend hours for people who work during your whole open hours :)

Used them for about 4 months when I left my unit to store stuff while I travelled. Had no issues at all, felt safe leaving my stuff there.

Fast online booking system that gives you immediate access to your shed at a good price. Layout of facility is easy and its clean and tidy with lots of privacy.Went here after feeling dodgy about another local service and happy that I did.

National storage was amazing to deal with. They were easy to talk to over the phone and always give me all the information needed to make moving furniture into a storage unit quick and easy. They have definitely earned the five stars and will be booking with them when needed!
