I would love to rate this place 5 stars as many of the workers there are lovely and attentive however my experience with one particular staff member was less than favourable! She seems to be older than the other girls (I’m guessing the manager) she was a bit gruff and rude and when I politely declined customer service she walked away and was blunt and wouldn’t make eye contact with me the rest of my time in the shop, seems to care more about the money than good costumer service!

Went to Canberra store a month ago(late Nov)Bad customer service.Don’t want to go there again.

Usually when I go the staff are nice but today the service was horrible.I went in a few days ago and a saw a product that was already open and assumed it was a tester as it was outside of the bowl where the rest of them were and that is where they usually have them.I picked it up, had a look and attempted to close and but one of the older employees (guessing late 40's - 50's) yelled across the store saying we have testers. Like yelled so loud other people looked.Then she proceeded to speak very loudly saying we have testers and now no one is going to buy that and kept giving me looks. She went to go get the tester and while she was opening the cupboard she slammed it extremely aggressively while look and i was so embarrassed.I get it was near closing and she was probably tired but that is no excuse when you work in retail you need to be nice unless the customer has given you a reason not to (which i hadn't if she gave me the chance to explain which she didn't) otherwise you should be working there).Embarrassed me so much and this wasn't the first time i have seen her do this i have been in the store and seen her do it before to others for other reasons. The store is great and so is most of the employees but not this one. Absolutely disgusting will not be coming back anytime she is there.Still rating a 3 it would be a 5 except for this incident.
