They tried to give me some dodgy car as a replacement, but the thing had panels falling off at the bottom. On the last day, a van came up but they gave it to somebody who just rocked up on the day. This totally ruined our holiday plans.The worst part is the complete lack of management at this sorry excuse of a car hire company. They essentially have a floating booking team who operates remotely, a guy floating around answering customer calls (the mobile on the website), and an on-site car hire group who provides the cars. They don’t even own their fleet, and when the communication between the three parties break down, they kick the ball around and none of them showed any accountability. The guy on the ground said that the booking team only sent through my booking on the pick up date, the guy on the mobile said he doesn’t control the booking process, and the booking team god knows where they are and if they even exist.They have unresolved complaints on both ACCC and Fair Trading. Book with them at your own peril!
