Put the Sahara in for injectors and intercooler, drove 500km and motor was failing.Luke installed the wrong injectors, actually used ones for a Prado, gave receipt with seriel numbers and model, motor lost all compression and Luke washe his hands and said this just happens to Landcruisers. $40k replacement engine required. This was initially picked up by a DENSO dealer who didn't want to touch the motor as they could see the serial numbers where from a 2007/8 Prado.Taking this to RACQ, REPCO, Fair Trading and further until he stands up and takes responsibility.When Luke was caught out, all the profanities came out blaring down the phone, screaming and yelling.All he had to do was initially acknowledge someone, at some point made an mistake.

Had a front CV joint boot fail, contacted them and they ordered the part two days later took 4wd in at 7am completed at 10 am quoted price was very reasonable, nice people friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Very happy! Car broke down during a road trip. Although they were booked out managed to squeeze my car in and did a great job at a very reasonable price, I expected more. Hopefully my car doesn't brake again but if it does and I'm in this area this is where I'll go. Thanks guys!

Working our way down the coast from Cape York. Friday evening my alternator died. Pat came out that night and confirmed I needed a new one. Pat & Luke organized to get the job done on Saturday morning to keep me moving onto my next paid destination. These guys went above and beyond to accomplish a miracle.I Highly recommend these boys.

10/10 service, flexibility and pricing from the team. They did a 200K inspection on my work ute and offered affordable repair quotes compared to other shops in Cairns. Recommend for sure.

Finished the Creb track after sunset, and ran into some rear diff lock issues. Pat came out that night to assess the satuation. Came back in the morning on a Saturday and got it all sorted. Absolute top bloke that knows his stuff and goes above and beyond that is expected. I do Google reviews probably once a decade, so that gives you an idea how impressed I am with their service.

Attempted to get work done with Burmack. First encounter, found the office staff to be extremely rude and abrupt. Cancelled booking immediately. Second encounter, only returned due to emergency. Again found office staff extremely rude, told I'd have to wait atleast a month even with the issue being with the breaks(something that had just shown up whilst driving the main street and they were the closest mechanic i could hop the car to).Even in an emergency, I'd never attempt to use Burmack mechanical again.
