Love coming here! I relax as soon as I walk through the door. So many great services love the lymphatic squeeze thing (usually I fall asleep), the brain tron program and the infared sauna. Staff are so friendly and lovely. Well worth becoming a member and looking after your mental and physical health regularly.

Ive now visited twice for an infrared sauna catch up with a friend and absolutely love the whole experience! The staff are so lovely, the rooms are well stocked with everything you need and its wonderful to be able to relax with a tea afterwards in the lounge area. Highly recommend!

I love floats and this place is ace. I've recommended lots of people there, bought vouchers for lots of friends and also taken lots of friends with me for their first floats. Highly recommend to anyone as a fantastic form of self care. An hour of relaxation and no distractions. Great sensory depravation to recharge! Never leave disappointed ♥️

Went to try out the oxygen pod the other day and thoroughly enjoyed it as I was sore from playing sports multiply days recently and it was just the right treatment I needed to help with recovering. Special thank you to Ben being so friendly and informative during my visit.

Cannot recommend LoKAHI highly enough. I had my first relaxation float there today and came out feeling weightless, incredibly calm and out of pain. I have anxiety and had a lot of anxiety about my first float but the staff made it so easy and everything was in my control the whole time. I will definitely return.

Went yesterday for the first time. Had a flotation session. What an amazing experience. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Everything is super clean and relaxing. The pod rooms are private with your own shower with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Extremely hygienic and they offer so many services. My pain is so much better today but I will be adding flotation and some of their other services to my regimen. I’ll be going back. Highly recommend
