This Indian guy working in the counter is very rude. I came to collect my Uber delivery order but the order was not ready instead he told me to pick up the order and take ( without the order being put in the Uber bag). Later he was calling me to bring the order back when I was in middle of the delivery. I said I can’t as it was his job to keep the order ready to go. He gave me thumps down for his unprofessionalism. Idk how he got into customer service.

Staff is very lazy to make coffee Iwent there aroun 06:45 pm on Sunday 12 march . They had given excuse that coffee machine cleaning thats totally rude

Run down. Terrible customer service. Filthy restroom and no soap dispenser. This pie costed $6.50. Go elsewhere

I went to store at 9pm nearly on SaturdayAnd the guy named PARTH just refused to make a coffee by saying machine is out of order and also said that he can’t even make a chai or hot chocolate because of machine is faultyWorst service experience from bp as they shouldn’t make false excuses all the time.Never recommend this BP or any BP.

I've been coming to this station to wash my car for months. Today when I went to present my Loyalty car, they proceeded to inform me that they don't stamp the card for mini-washes, the ones that I been buying most frequently. When I enquired about this, they just told me in a quite annoyed tone that they don't stamp it for those.Then, I wanted to buy 2 Super shield washes (2 for $25) and they proceeded to tell me that I have to use them in 30 days, with the same annoyed tone. I don't wash my car every month, so if I buy 2, I lose one.Well, I went somewhere else to get my car washed and it was so easy to provide normal customer service.I won't bother coming here again to buy services from you since it seems you don't want me to buy things from you.

I am visiting this store since last 6 months every single night but i always feelBad about the service in bp when one girl is there for service i was getting late for work this morning as always the door was locked and no one was there for service ringed the door bell for many times but she made me wait for 5 min . Again when i entered inside she rudely said one time you ring i hear . My question is if she have heard the ring why didn’t she open the door for me . Why don’t you give notice board if you are for sort break . Other white guy working there he always be sorry if he make someone wait for 30 sec he really have good services . Are your break more important than costumer ?

It's a shame to have to give at least one star. We're asked to change the pump because of the nozzle location on the car. In the busiest of times. Never had my time wasted more effectively. Will never return.
