Mark and Andrew have complete several jobs (2 x decks and bifold install) for me over the last two years and they are booked in for two more pieces of work (2x internal wall changes).The key for me is their consistent high quality work, high trust worthiness, clear communication and competitive prices. I have also really valued their pragmatic approach to solving any challenges that may arise during a piece of work and their general advice on layout and finishes.I highly recommend them and they should absolutely be on your shortlist of quotes for work.

Andrew and Mark decked our backyard and we couldn't be happier with the result. These guys are helpful, communicative and trustworthy. They've given us advice along the way and are also coming back to fix our roof after we sustained some rain damage. We are recommending them to our neighbours and recommend them to anyone looking for good quality craftmanship at a reasonable price.

Andrew and Mark are fantastic and I would highly recommend them - I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars. We are very impressed with the finished product, particularly our new balcony. They also replaced a deck (and adjoining stairs), reconstructed another set of stairs and fixed up some other areas of wood rot around our house. Most of all, they have both been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I've felt that I can trust them throughout the duration.From start to finish, they were very professional and open with their communication. They organised a site visit quickly and were very punctual. A competitive quote was provided quickly thereafter.When it came to completing the job, they were on time every day and very efficient in their work. Each day they would always keep me informed as to what they would be doing and how it would be done.I was impressed with the solutions they came up with when a number of unforeseen issues were discovered with existing structures at our house. They are clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and explained the different options available to us (particularly taking into account the fact we have a young toddler and what would be the safest option) and helped us in our decision making. It seemed like nothing would be an issue for them.They have also been nice enough to recommend and find other tradespeople for other work we need done around the house.We'll definitely be using Andrew and Mark in the future!

Andrew and Mark did an excellent job replacing floorboards on a balcony and other outdoor repairs. They were prompt to quote and do the job. Carpentry and communication were A Grade! I would use them again and recommend them to others.

They fixed up a roofing issue that a previous tradesmen caused. No other tradesman was willing to find a solution to fix it but they did and it works perfectly. No more drainage issue on my patio. Great workmanship and knowledgeable.

I would rate Andrew and Mark well above five stars if I could. They are extremely professional and a joy to work with. There was a lot of detail involved to install my new fence to the exact design I wanted, the quality of their work and end results are excellent, so much so, several of my neighbours have commented on much they love the new fence. I would highly recommend AGrade Carpentry and look forward to working with them both again on my future projects.

Very happy with Andrew and Mark’s work! Removed a rotten and leaking timber shingle roof on a small gazebo and replaced it with a new colourbond roof and new lining boards. Quoted fair price within days of first contact, turned up on the day agreed, completed the job in two days, tidied up and removed all rubbish. Unfailingly polite, great design advice, top quality carpentry and great communication before during and after. First class work all round!

Have used Andrew and Mark several times for carpentry around the house. Responsive and high quality work and unfailingly polite. They replaced wooden battens and constructed a built in bbq cabinet recently. Would recommend them.
