Compassionate service from all staff, fixed Pebbles’ broken nails and put her in a pretty pink bandage :) very happy pup now.

Been going to Semaphore Vet for over 7 years with my dog who absolutely loves it there. Staff are always so friendly and generous with their treats. Recommend the puppy school as well

Once again Semaphore Vets have come up trumps. This time with their puppy class managed by Jo! I have owned a few dogs in my time and I learnt something every lesson. Highly recommend booking in and Jo is such an awesome trainer

All our furbabies get looked after here. Lovely staff and vets. They take the extra time to make sure your pet is reassured and cared for.

Dr. Alana was very thorough, efficient & hard-working. She was very kind, caring & helpful, in regards, to Murphy's check-ups & overall health. Our King Charles Cavapoodle, Murphy received outstanding expert care.The nurse, Louise was very thorough & kept me informed of Murphy's progress. All the staff are extremely helpful & caring. I highly recommend Semaphore Veterinary Surgery.

I took my dog here for a vaccine, he then went of his food. 1 week later he lost the use of his legs and some bad symptoms I won’t go into. I rang at 11am on a Monday as an emergency and was told to take him elsewhere as they couldn’t fit him in. I didn’t take that as an answer and they made an appointment for 2.30. My dog was with them until 6.20pm and sent home as he’d eaten something bad I was not spoken to by a vet to tell me everything they did in terms of examination I had a receptionist vaguely tell me. Which was not much at all. The next day I took him to emergency room in the city and it took them a 5 minutes to diagnose what was wrong and my dog was put down.Would not recommend this place

There are no words to describe our experience at puppy school, Jo is simply AMAZING!So knowledgeable, friendly and able to communicate effectively to everyone in the room, including my 4 year old daughter.Thank you for such a fantastic experience learning from you!

Always a very knowledgeable and happy team, helped my family with passing of our two family dogs. All of the staff were wonderful.

The most friendliest vet we’ve ever been to! Twice we’ve had to bring our dog into the vet with an emergency, and they’ve always been so accomodating and got us in straight away. We’ve felt so safe and comfortable leaving our girl Mia with them when she’s needed surgery, such a trustworthy and caring vets. Couldn’t recommend enough!
