We've been training with Greg since Sept 2019 and have thoroughly enjoyed our weekly sessions with him. He's patient, explains things thoroughly and above all keeps things interesting and fun! Since he uses a range of different martial arts styles it keeps things really varied, plus we train for hand-to-hand and weapon self- defence situations. Speaking of which, we are both feeling more confident about handling self-defence situations should we need to defend ourselves. Definitely recommend.

I can’t recommend Greg highly enough! His classes are interesting, practical and tailored to whatever you want or need! He encourages you without pressuring you and there is none of the traditional bs associated with some martial arts. This works, is fun and includes so many aspects from so many arts around the world. I have trained with Greg in Sydney for several years and I now travel to port a few times a year to maintain my skills.
