Please don’t make the same mistake I have and ignore the reviews here. The prices aren’t even fair or competitive and the service is shockingly terrible. I have no idea how they’re still in business with the amount of lies and rubbish they tell people. Ray agrees to something and assures me it will be done, yet it does not happen. The other person in the store refuses to listen to me and just talks over the top of me, when I ask him to listen to what I’m saying he says he can’t talk to me and hangs up? Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Enhance Furniture Auburn assured that our couch would be ready by Mid January as we initially placed a deposit on November 2021 and were advised our order has been placed. Despite this, our order has been delayed a number of times and Enhance Furniture has provided nothing but excuses, failing to come up with the goods. Initially, we were told by the owner Ray the order will be delivered by Mid January 2022 at the latest. I made an effort to find an answer and at 10:00am on Tuesday 15 February 2022 rang their office and spoke with 'Jewel' as delivery was scheduled to occur on Friday 11 February 2022. Jewel indicated that she would call the factory and let me know. After couple of hours of not receiving a call back, I proceeded to call back for a follow up and instead of Jewel taking the time to explain the issue and listen, she rather was extremely rude, argumentative, tried to talk over me and hung the phone up in my face. To date, I have never experienced such rude behavior from a customer service consultant.

We bought a King Size bed from Enhance, and we got the best deal out of it. The guys in store are welcoming and accommodate to customise furniture made from Australian wood as per your requirements. Deals are good and worth the money. Ray, the guy who came in to assemble our bed was jovial, expert and helpful. We strongly recommend Enhance Furniture because getting furniture as per your need is not easy here.

Bought a dining table from Ray who is a really good sales guy & that's about it. They make big promises to look after you if you have any issues but don't care once they have your money.I'm now stuck with a dining table with manufacturing defects & get so upset about seeing them whenever using table or guests noticing them.Very bad post-sale customer service & not a business you will want to deal with when you have issues.Save yourself the stress & take your money elsewhere.
