As a professional who has worked in the design industry for over 15 years, I don't think I've ever witnesed more disappointing and rude customer service. The sales representative's elitist attitude toward customers has ensured that I would never recommend a collegue or client step foot in STS stone's showroom.

We recently purchased all our flooring, walls and kitchen stone benchtops through STS stone.They have a beautiful stone range and passionate staff with an in-depth product knowledge.We couldn't have been happier with the service and the quality of what we received. Would absolutely recommend STS!

Awful disregard for client satisfaction.We ordered several crates of an off-white marble with slight pink and grey hues, only to receive greyish marble with wide black lines throughout. Issac only agreed to exchange a small number of them, despite our strong requests to provide us with marble that was consistent with what was displayed in the showroom. He couldn’t care less, we had paid our money.We would suggest you do not enter this shop,as you cannot expect to receive what you order and you certainly cannot trust the manager.

I recently completed my home renovation in Darling Point. The finishes for the project were all high end, including the Terrazzo slab tiles which I purchased from STS Stone. I have worked on a previous job with Isaac and I can honestly say it is always a pleasure to work with him and his team. Their product range is extensive and well priced. Their service is totally professional. I can recommend STS to anyone embarking on a renovation and seeking a quality product and friendly service.
